Shipping policy

Earth Tribe typically tries to fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time after a purchase is made.  Orders will usually go out within 2-3 business days unless otherwise indicated.  If orders are delayed for any reason, we will contact customers to let them know when the order will be sent.  We typically use UPS Ground, USPS or FedEx Ground for our shipping methods.
